You must receive a return authorization number from our customer service and proof of purchase must accompany returned item. Please email us for your return authorization request. S & H fees excluded. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items over $500.00. We will not be responsible for jewelry items that were ordered in the wrong size. We do not accept returns for custom jewelry orders (your name or initial engraving).
