1 pkg. NOH Coconut Milk
5 cups warm water
1 lb. chicken (cut into 11/2"
bite - size pieces)
1 can whole spinach leaves
2 tablespoons butter
Combine 1 pkg. NOH Coconut
Milk Mix with 1 cup of warm water. Mix well and set aside.
Place chicken pieces into medium size pot and cover with
water. Boil for 30 minutes or until done. Discard water. Add
2 tablespoons butter and salt to taste. Cook for 1 - 2
minutes while stirring. Set aside.
Rinse spinach leaves in water
and drain. Combine 1 tablespoon of salt with 4 cups of
water; mix well and add to spinach leaves. Let stand for 10
minutes then rinse again in water and drain (squeeze off
Add Coconut Milk Mix and
spinach to the cooked chicken and simmer on medium to low
heat for 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Serve.
Other Suggested Uses: Cooked
octopus or squid can also be used in place of chicken.
